ONLINE ORDERING POLICY:
We accept website orders and ship UPS or US Postal Service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. If paying by PayPal please be advised that your payment must be cleared and completed with PayPal before your order will ship. This could add 2 to 14 additional days on to your order. You will receive an email from PayPal stating when your funds have cleared; The Dogs Bark Bakery will also receive this information.
Before submitting your order, please check to make sure your order is complete. Any additions and/or changes made to your order are considered separate orders. Your order will be handled and billed accordingly, including the UPS or USPS charges for each order.

Orders received by Noon Pacific time Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same day. Because we use UPS Ground (our FREE shipping option) your order may take a few extra business days during peak periods (e.g. December).
Shipping for all purchases applies to U.S. orders with priority shipping only. You may elect expedited shipping whereby appropriate additional charges apply. Shipping applies to the lower 48 U.S. States.
Shipping time frame is subject to normal credit card approval and verification procedures. In the event that we cannot ship with the time frames we will notify you by email within one business day, and we will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.
We do ship to international locations, as well as to Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. In these cases we ship US Postal Service. There is a charge for this shipping service.
We do ship orders to most valid U.S. military addresses, such as APOs. In these cases, we ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. There is a charge for this service.
Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, it will be traceable. If you provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will be emailed a link where you can check your order status and get your tracking number. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once your order is packaged.
On most orders we do require a signature for the delivery. We highly recommend that you have a person available to sign and receive the order. This helps avoid delayed deliveries and lost shipments.
Standard time for orders shipped UPS ground and USPS is 5-10 business days. All orders have a processing time of 2 to 3 business days. If you need your order sooner you will need to choose a faster mode of shipping as there is a 2 to 3 business day processing schedule for all orders. All packages leave The Dogs Bark Bakery in good condition. If your package has any signs of damage, breakages, and/or leakage, please contact us and we will help you resolve the problem. Once orders are shipped from The Dogs Bark Bakery, we do not maintain control over packages and cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates by the carrier or condition of the package and the materials contained within. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once the package has been shipped which will give you the ability to track estimated time of arrival. At this time we only ship within the continental United States.
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES:
Packages are sent to the “Ship To” name and address that the customer inputs into the shopping cart. If the address is incorrect, please notify us before the package is shipped since a $6 to $10 fee is charged for any change if the carrier-corrected address is different than the “Ship To” information provided to us; the customer will be charged for the fee.
Returns and exchanges are allowed at The Dogs Bark Bakery within 10 days of delivery and with the following conditions:
All returns must be preauthorized. Please contact us via e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for an authorization before shipping the package back.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and is responsible for the safe return shipment of the merchandise. We will not accept any returns sent C.O.D.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to return an item, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the actual shipping costs incurred by The Dogs Bark Bakery.
